Initial Psychiatric Evaluation 60 minutes

A comprehensive first appointment designed to understand your concerns, history, and goals. We explore symptoms, past treatments, medical factors, and what you hope to change. You’ll receive a clear explanation of your diagnosis, treatment options, and a personalized plan to help you move forward confidently.

Evaluation and Medication Management

15- 30 minutes

A focused follow-up visit to assess how you’re responding to treatment, adjust medications if needed, and address any new concerns. These sessions help ensure your treatment stays effective, safe, and aligned with your goals.

Psychotherapy

30-60 minutes

Supportive, skills-based therapy tailored to your needs. These sessions provide space to process challenges, build coping strategies, and work toward emotional balance and improved functioning. Your care is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based approaches.

Insurance & Private Pay Information

Services are often covered by insurance, and you will be responsible for the copay or any out-of-pocket cost before the session. A list of current accepted insurances can be found at the bottom of the home page.

Private pay rates are as follows:
• Initial psychiatric evaluation: $175
• Evaluation and medication management appointment: $60
• Psychotherapy sessions: $75

Payments are made through the client portal once the provider sends a secure link through the HIPAA compliant electronic charting system.
